Parker was supposed to have tubes put in today, however his ears were not on board with our plan. He got a terrible ear infection over the weekend and was running a fever yesterday afternoon. Our ENT quickly put a stop to our surgery plans, until next week.
I was hoping to get a more healthy and happy baby for my birthday and better sleep as well. Instead, Parker got me a massage this weekend. I guess the massage will help me relax and wait until next week for the tubes to be put in place. I really hope they will make a huge difference - all the moms I know that have kids with tubes just rave about the change they make almost immediately.
